2. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Octupo, you agree to:

- Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional details
- Grant necessary access to systems and data required for project execution
- Review deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Communicate any concerns or issues in a timely manner
3. Octupo's Role
Octupo serves as the coordinator and quality assurance provider for your automation projects. Our responsibilities include:
- Project coordination and management
- Selection and oversight of qualified freelancers
- Comprehensive testing of automation workflows
- Quality assurance and validation before delivery
- Ongoing support during the implementation phase
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, ownership of all custom automation workflows, configurations, and related intellectual property created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. This does not include third-party tools, platforms, or services that operate under their own licensing terms.
5. Third-Party Services
Our automation solutions may integrate with various third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Supabase (database and backend services)
- n8n and Make (workflow automation platforms)
- OpenAI (artificial intelligence services)
- Voximplant (communication services)
- Other specialized automation tools and APIs
Each third-party service operates under its own terms of service and service level agreements. While we strive for maximum reliability, these services are beyond our direct control.
6. Limitations of Liability
Octupo is not responsible for:
- Outages or service interruptions caused by third-party providers
- Data loss resulting from third-party service failures
- Changes to third-party APIs or service terms that affect functionality
- Costs associated with third-party service subscriptions or usage fees
- Actions taken by external systems beyond our direct control
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to notify you of any known issues with third-party services and work with you to find suitable alternatives or solutions.
7. Project Acceptance
Octupo reserves the right to refuse projects that are unethical, illegal, technically unfeasible, or that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms we integrate with. We will communicate such decisions transparently and promptly.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the start of each project. Typical payment structures include upfront deposits, milestone-based payments, or subscription models, depending on the nature and scope of the automation solution.
9. Modifications to Terms
Octupo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
